1. How long until I receive my jewelry?

Processing Time
Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 48 hours (except Sundays and holidays), while engraved or custom orders may take 10-15 working days. Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM in Mon- Fri (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard
Shipping time depends on the shipping method you selected.
*If you have chosen to pay by credit card or PayPal, the confirmation of the order will be carried out in real time on our website.
*Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number with an email confirmation of the shipment.
*Due to the current procedures we and our delivery partners have put in place to ensure the well-being of our team and customers, there are unavoidable delays, and deliveries may take a bit longer than usual. We thank you for your understanding during this challenging time.

2.Shipping Time (10-15 business days)

We provide Free Standard Shipping internationally to most countries worldwide.( Including United Steds, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany). The standard shipping is FREE.
Multiple items ordered under a single order may not always ship together. In the case of multiple shipments for an order, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
Orders are processed Monday- Friday. Orders that are placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. An international shipment tracking number will be provided upon shipment to your destination.
Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by satrao. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, starring, excises, and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. Satrao has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the USA. In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return fees assessed. Please call your local customs & duties offices for more information regarding excise duties.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
All packages will require signature confirmation.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery.
We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
